Banda Aceh Trip

Salam!

Hi peeps. Its a bit late, but I still want to share some happiness I found when I was visiting Banda Aceh, for the first time. It was cool. I just cant say it with words. It was breathtaking, awesome, and lovely trip. Even its such an Islamic City, but I can say, it such a peaceful place for you to stay. No traffic jam. Everything is easy. BUT NO MALLS!! HAHAH So girls, if you girls doesn't like to shop a lot, I suggest you to come to Banda Aceh, Visit Aceh, for having an eye-refreshment seeing all the beautiful creatures of ALLAH. Whether its for your honeymoon or just a holiday with your family or friends.

The places that you can go and visit are :

Lampuuk Beach - I went to Lampuuk beach,what

I can tell you is this beach is still natural, very clean, it just so perfect, it has a white sand, you can go for swimming or play with a banana boat. You also can do snorkeling if you wish to. It will be much better if you stay in Lampuuk quite a while, so you can see the sunset. Its really beautiful. Mashaallah.

Biturrahman Grand Mosque - This mosque located near the downtown, this mosque is one of the Acehnese community pride. When tsunami attacked Banda Aceh on 2005, this mosque stand still without any damages.Subhanallah!

Weh Island Sea Garden - This place is one of the most famous place in Aceh. Many tourists come and visit this place to enjoy the beautiful sea in this island. There are coral reefs, both hard corals and soft coral of all types, shapes, and colors. It form a cluster that is interesting to be enjoyed. Furthermore, we also can find species of reef fish, such as Angle Fish, Tropet Fish, Dunsel Fish, Sergeon Fish, Grope Fish, Parrot Fish, and others. The activities that can be done are swimming, surfing, boat ride, fishing, and diving to enjoy the diversity of coral reefs and reef fish that are still natural and beautiful.

Acehnese Traditional House and Museums ( Museum Tsunami, Aceh's Museum)

I went there with him and his sister. All I can say is, this place is so historic. His sister told me that if we go upstairs ( I didnt go upstairs because it was close ) we still can see the blood of the owner of this house. They said that the owner was murdered at the bedroom. Well, its quite scary I think.

Gunongan - This was built by Sultan Iskandar Muda to Princess Phang. Because Princess Phang always miss her hometown in Pahang, Malaysia which surrounded by hils where she usually go and play and having her quality time. So, Sultan Iskandar Muda built the Gunongan for her, so that she still can feel home, eventhough she's not in Pahang. What a lovely story isn't it ?

The Natural View of Aceh - Banda Aceh has a wonderful view. The sea views are the main attraction for the foreigner tourists. As we know that this city located at the west coast of Sumatra, then no wonder the Aceh's seas are equal to Bali and Lombok. Beside that, the air of Banda Aceh is less possible to give a pollution, due to lack numbers of transportation used by the people of Banda Aceh.

Those are the places that I can suggest you to visit. But beside those places, there are still a lot of places that recommended for you. Oh ya, last but not least, I bet you'll love the FOOD! I am serious. You will like it a lot. Specially the Mie Aceh or Aceh's Noodle. It just the best for me.
